i keep getting really bad trapped wind and my belly hurts?

Feeling gassy & full: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks).  Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, and pelvic pathology outside the gut.

every time i eat fish i get bad stomach pains and trapped wind. i get this with most fish but not with tuna and shell fish. do i have a fish allergy?

Not a fish allergy: Could be related to how fish is prepared, other factors, other foods, beverages/alcohol.
If you were allergic to fish tuna would cause the symptoms
if you were allergic to shellfish (a different set of animals), it would cause symptoms.

shoooting pain in bottom and lower belly. i think its trapped wind. mainly hurts when i try to go toilet but pains start straight away.

Unclear: Your history us unclear. A common cause of abdominal pain in young people is irritable bowel syndrome. However if you gave rectal pain too, then that is a different scenario. In either case if this is a chronic condition then you should see a gastroenterologist.

why do i get so hungery if i am 3 hours w/o eating to the point my belly hurts? and then when eat get a little anxious for a moment?

Symptoms: The symptoms of hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia can mimic anxiety.  Consult your doctor to find out what the problem is.

5-year-old child says belly hurts badly when she pushes on it, at & below belly button. she is not constipated. what could it be? what signs 2 look 4?

Several things...: Has she had any contacts with illness? Any recent travel? Loose stools? Bloody Stools? Any contact with animals, pets, in particular reptiles? Past history of constipation? Any fever?   Is pain intermittent? or is it persistent and worsening? Can she walk? or is she lying very still?  These are the first questions we will ask when evaluating her.

at 33 weeks belly is very round & heavy. i notice i strain a lot to move to get up. belly hurts a lot then as i move. can i hurt baby? why do i hurt?

Mom &amp; baby moves: Yes, a large round pregnant abdomen is very hard to carry around. The baby moves, and when you do too it is difficult. You will not hurt the baby when you move around, and unfortunately this is a normal state for advanced pregnancy.

i have pains all over over my stomach. i can tell it's one place my entire belly hurts solo bad. when i eat, it hurts as well as when i do not eat, and it's affecting my job and im always trying to lay down because of the pain .cant sleep i'm in pain?

Yes: Gas trapped in the bowels can lead to very intense crampy pain. Many causes of this kind of pain are possible, so if pain bothers you, please talk with your doctor about what it could be.

bad pressure feeling on top of stomach below ribs, i'm not hungry or constipated. it feels like trapped wind, worse once eaten. how can i relieve it?

Side effects of med?: Your medication list suggests a couple of medications, typically not used here in US, that can have gastrointestinal side effects. While dromperidone should increase movement through the GI tract, I believe it is possible you could be having an adverse reaction to it.  I would hold that medication for a day or two &amp; see how you feel. During this time you could try simple antacids, i.e. Tums/Maalox
