Luteal phase ...: You describe symptoms that can occur in the second half of your menstrual cycle (the luteal phase) after you ovulate or release an egg. Progesterone hormone is made by your ovaries and causes the breakouts, breast tenderness and bloating. Birth control pills may reduce these symptoms if they bother you and you're not trying to conceive.

More than one cause: Besides being a side effect of the medications at you are taking, esp Ibuprofen which is quite hard on the stomach, there are a few other causes of sharp upper abdominal pain such as GERD, Gall bladder disease etc that need to be ruled out by a physical exam in a doctor's office and possibly an imaging study as indicated by history and exam findings.

i have a lump in my stomach right in the middle of my chest below my breasts. it is painful and hard to the touch. i feel really bloated for no reason?

Painful "lump" ?: If the "painful lump" is in the midline below the rib cage, it may be an umbilical hernia with trapped fat or even small intestine. See a general surgeon for evaluation.

Gallbladder: This kinda sounds like a gallbladder issue either stones or infection.  Not really my area of expertise, but i would start by seeing your primary care physician for an evaluation that might include blood work and gallbladder ultrasound.

Not likely: PMS generally occurs in the days before your menstrual cycle. It also tends to occur every month. If this is the first time you have had these symptoms and you are mid cycle then other causes of bloating and breast pain should be considered

Waiting: It seems like you're about to have a menstrual cycle.  Progesterone is the culprit for the symptoms you describe.  Try some Ibuprofen to see if that helps.  But these are typical premenstrual type symptoms.

Know you're worried: Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems (polycystic ovary syndrome or asherman’s syndrome). #1 reason is pregnancy.
