More than one cause: Besides being a side effect of the medications at you are taking, esp Ibuprofen which is quite hard on the stomach, there are a few other causes of sharp upper abdominal pain such as GERD, Gall bladder disease etc that need to be ruled out by a physical exam in a doctor's office and possibly an imaging study as indicated by history and exam findings.
