Symptoms ?: It you are symptomatic - seek evaluation. Symptoms of a concussion can include: headache, nausea, vomiting, confusion, blurred vision, slurred speech, weakness, feeling dazed, numbness, lack of coordination, problems with short term memory, dizziness as well as repeating things over and over.  You can develop a concussion with or without loss of consciousness.

It depends: If you have persistant symptoms you need to be looked at. You need to know why you hit the wall. (faint, seizure, clumsy, pugilism ?) you might also need to repair the wall.

Watch for symptoms.: Do you black out?  are you having problems naming things ?  has your speech changed?  Do you have numbness , tingling or weakness in an arm or leg, any change in vision?  Any nausea or vomiting?  unexplained sleepiness?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should see a doctor now.  If not, you can use ice on the bump and watch.

Head injury: Did you lose consciousness?   You can have a concussion with or without loss of consciousness. Headache/ pressure of head? Are you unable to recall what happened? Do you feel dizzy  or have ringing in the ears? Confusion or slurred speech?  Nausea or vomiting? Extreme fatigue? If you believe you have a concussion please seek prompt medical care.

Chill: First off it is a good sign you are able to get on the internet and send a message. Although you hit your head and you were stunned you were not knocked out. So if you were not knocked out, you do not have skull fracture and you are not on anticoagulants it puts you at low risk for head bleed. Follow these guidelines
