They are probably...: Just bug bites.  We have all had them just pop up without knowing what bit us at one time or another.  If they persist or get infected, see a dermatologist.

insect bite. red raised bump and then often itchy rash extended out about 1.5 inches to left (no bullseye). if it was lymes would it have kept expanding? would it also have faded away after two days of neosporin if it were lymes? no other symptoms?

i got an itchy rash encircling my lips, then it went away. but my lips still felt itchy & tingly, especially my upper lips, so i scratched/itched them using my fingers and bottom teeth. the next day i had two red bumps on my upper lip. is it herpes?

what causes an itchy rash with little bumps on top of my feet and redness on lower legs? also bumps are not itching anymore, now they are dry bumps.

Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved i would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. If the rash persists or returns get examined by a doctor.

i am experiencing  rash in armpit (quality: pustules or pimples) , skin redness or irritation, itchy rash (severity: severe) (quality: severe itchi... bumps and red on outer elbows armpits and buttocks. benadryl cream and pills not working?

Probably fungal: rash, moniiasis which will respond to OTC anti fungal creams like Lotrimin AF, Monistat, Clotrimazole etc. If itching is intense add a small bean sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream to  a nickel sized drop of anti fungal cram and apply as a thin film,twice daily.

See doctor: Could be eczema, contact dermatitis, ..... A doctor would need to examine you when you have the rash, .

Hives: These sound like hives_an allergic reaction to something internal or external to your body. Insect bites are a possibility also. If these persist an allergist can be consulted for diagnosis and treatment.
