Strain: Do you work at a desk or on a computer?  Do you typically have your head down when you work?  This is most likely due to overworked muscles that help suspend your head at the tip of your spine.  The human head weighs about 9 pounds(4.5 kg).  Those muscles will begin to complain after a while.  Periodically stop and stretch, lean your head back and relax.  Also change the position of your screen.

See doctor: Heart disease needs to be ruled out. See your doctor or go to the casualty department of your hospital. Hat attack can present with atypical symptoms.

Neck pain : If pain worse with neck movement think of Cervical spine problems. If no relief with anti-inflammatory meds get CT neck. By the way some time Gallbladder disease can give referred pain to RIGHT shoulder however that DOES NOT get worse with moving neck.

Get checked: She needs to get checked to see if this is a heart problem or esophagitis. If the neck pain is in front, it's likely part of the same problem as the chest pain. If neck pain is in the back, it may be an unrelated problem. If the pain is just on one side or the other, it could be she is developing shingles.

Heart burn: These symptoms are consistent with acid reflux and esophagitis with esophageal spasm.  Timing is classic.  You should discuss with your doctor. You have a heart condition also so make sure your  heart is ok.

Muscle Spasm: This sounds like a muscle spasm. I would apply heat, little bit of massage may also help relax those tight muscles and you may take Ibuprofen for pain as needed.

yesterday i moved the wrong way and felt a pop in my neck & a hot burning feeling (which i think is blood).  right afterwards that burning sensation continued for a few minutes, and it has been a day, and the mid/lower right part of my neck hurts?
