: I think that most likely a duct of a gland in your vagina became blocked causing a cyst to form. An STD wouldn't manifest itself in only 12 hours after an exposure. The incubation period for most STD' s is anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. Most likely it is.: What you are describing most likely is HSV type 1... it is not sexually transmitted, and is present in plenty of people. You can just wait and it will go away. Alternatively you need to let a dermatology look at it, and they may diagnosed it without any lab work.

Fordyce granules: It could be several things.  A common one is called Fordyce granules, which are ectopic sebaceous glands and quite normal. It also might be blocked minor salivary glands. If you are a drinker or smoker, oral cancer is always a possibility.  Go see your dentist who will be familiar with all of these conditions and can advise you.
