Headache: Can be something less serious like tension headaches/migraine (especially if had since younger) or could particularly in your age bracket be something more serious such as giant cell arteritis or even some issue/lesion in the brain.  Needs an urgent doctor examination and may need tests such as bloods (ESR, CRP) and maybe even brain imaging done.  All the best.

Ans: Well you say a migraine. This is a diagnosis. This term seems to be used loosely now a true migraine headache is very painful and truly crippling. In some people no medication is effective. Just have to ride it out. There are good medications today that can be tried

Sometimes something just can't be figured-out(like why my girlfriend just dumped me).The vertex of your head is innervated by the 2nd cranial nerve, the nose the 5th(nasociliary branch).It's hard to draw a connection.Sometimes this happens,why I don't know

See your doctor : Never good to be dizzy and have headaches.  It is possible the MRI needs to be done on a better machine or with contrast.  Many things can be missed that can cause these symptoms so seeings a doctor is important.  Have your pictures and report available so they can be reiviewed easily.

Scalp Tingling: Probably nothing to worry about. But do have your scalp checked to make sure no infections (tinea). A dermatologist would be a good physician to see and who can examine your hair, scalp and take any samples if necessary.

I would say yes: it is normal to have all kind of feeling with the blocked sinuses and if your age is 26. Get some medications to open your sinuses from your doctor.

Migraine variant?: There are several versions of paroxysmal headaches classified as migraine variants, and these can be treated preventatively.  Quite unlikely that there is any structural intracranial mass responsible.  A neuralgia is likewise less likely but could be ruled out.  A neurologist should be able to help with this.
