Not much: If nsaids are not helpful, you've exhausted most otc meds.  Tylenol (acetaminophen) is an option, but if that does not help please see your doctor for other options.  Also physical therapy can be helpful, otherwise a spin specialist evaluations may be needed.

?cause: Focal LBP could be due to discogenic, facetogenic, kidney infection, stone, etc.  Treatments vary as do causes.  See your doctor if this persists

Need an MRI: You need an MRI of the neck to define the diagnosis and help treat you.You may need to see  a neurologist  or even a neurosurgeon

: Your family doctor may help, or refer you appropriately after evaluating what may be the cause of the lower back pain. Physical therapy may help, I do not know much about acri-puncture. Pain medication may be added as needed but physical therapy and regular back exercises may reduce need for pills.

Could be ? see MD !: There are several explanations for low back pain,but it appears you are still very young &amp; should be thoroughly evaluated by a MD for severe low back pain especially as you are on medications for reflux already. The list of possible diagnoses is long and also includes disc disease, kidney or bladder issues, pelvic or GI causes, sciatica to name a few.Imaging and ultimately PT may be needed also.

C section incisions : Can affect abdominal muscle function which can affect load across the back but lifestyle changes are important like not smoking, weight control and regular exercise.   You can use medication if no contraindications like ibuprophen or naproxen, try a back support, guided exercise & activity modification.  Try a back support. If no better, then see your doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

Should be evaluated : The cyst is probably unrelated to your other complaints.  Need to be evaluated in person.  
FYI:  would be helpful if you would describe:
1) when the symptoms began
2) are the symptoms continuous or intermittent 
3) if intermittent, how long they last (seconds, minutes, hours)
4) What makes it worse (eating, moving, etc)
5) what makes it better (medicines, rest, etc)
6) what have you done so far
