Pinch nerve: This may be due to a pinch nerve in the neck of pincing  of the nerve near the elbow.  It depends upon the distribution of the pins and needles.  This can be evaluated and properly diagnosed by a neurologist.

i cant see properly - even with my glasses on. i stumble a lot like im constantly drunk - but im not. a lot of anxiety. going down or upstairs feels like a lot. i feel weak. sometimes theres pins and needles in my right arm. ?

Eye Specialist ...: Anxiety is not an unusual response for one who cannot see well and stumbles because of that. Seeing an Eye Specialist Ophthalmologist is crucial at this point. Seeing optician for glasses alone is Not enough. Needles &amp; pins sound like Neuropathy. Is one Diabetic? Check with PCP. Meanwhile adding Vitamin B-Complex (B-50 or B-100)  can help.

Neurologist: If the parasthesiae and aching were localised to the arm, I would suspect a nerve entrapment or compression by a cervical bulging disc or vertebral spur. However with leg involvement, I'm concerned about a possible left cerebral cortex disorder or even a left carotid artery blockage. I strongly recommend a consultation with a neurologist for diagnosis. Appropriate tests will be ordered.

Nerves: Can be a radiculopathy (pinched nerve) in the neck or even carpal tunnel syndrome.  Have your doctor refer you to a neurologist or pm;r physician for an emg/nerve conduction study to better characterize these symptoms.

Depending on age ...: Depending on age of fiance &amp; which symptoms proceed the other. If Panic Attack came first and he is breathing hard &amp; fast (Hyperventilation) let him wear a simple breathing mask over his mouth and nose for a few minutes. See the PCP and then the Psych Consult for back up. If the pins and needles came before the panic attack, with or without chest pain; see the PCP and then the Cardiologist.

Cervical spine: It suggests something wrong either in the cervical spine or the brachial plexus (the complex of nerves leading into your arm).  You will need examination by a neurologist or hand surgeon and probably require imaging studies after a full exam. Go soon.  The earlier neuropathy is corrected, the better the outcome. Good luck.

Neuropathy: By description, it sounds like you have a pinching nerve in either your neck (cervical) area or your shoulder, where nerves can commonly get "pinched" and cause "parasthesias."  You need to see a Doctor and get an evaluation, with some testing most likely such as an EMG, which would determine the extent of your issues.  Then any treatment would follow. Best wishes to you.

Complex: Could consider nerve compression in lower back causing your leg symptoms, and perhaps, peripheral nerve problem in arm at wrist or elbow.  But could also wonder about neck problem causing spinal cord compression and explanation for both problems.  See a neurologist and get this sorted out.

Probably: Sounds like a cervical radiculopathy which can be a nerve impinged in the neck area related to herniated disc or arthritis. Less likely a more peripheral nerve impingement.
