Eye Specialist ...: Anxiety is not an unusual response for one who cannot see well and stumbles because of that. Seeing an Eye Specialist Ophthalmologist is crucial at this point. Seeing optician for glasses alone is Not enough. Needles & pins sound like Neuropathy. Is one Diabetic? Check with PCP. Meanwhile adding Vitamin B-Complex (B-50 or B-100) can help.
