Sorry: A full review of your back , circulation , nerves needs to be conducted. Seeing your doctor who manages your testing will give you the most information. If pain is persistent and unrelenting seeing an Emergency Room doctor would be prudent.

Nonspecific: These symptoms do not point to a single diagnosis. They may even be unrelated to one another. It is way to complex for a short answer in this forum. Best to see your primary care provider, or general practitioner for a more complete evaluation. Hope this helps!

See a rheumatologist: You describe pain in multiple joints. Multiple causes of diffuse joint pains need to be ruled out and then appropriate treatment.

Lyme disease: Lyme disease especially when chronic may affect the heart.  Patients can also have neurologic involvement such as a facial nerve or facial droop.  Patient is may develop a chronic arthritis.  It is reassuring that the test for rheumatoid arthritis is negative.  There are newer tests that may be used to rule out any rheumatologic condition.  I recommend that you see a rheumatologist.

i have discomfort in my right groin area and it feels like a trapped nerve causing reduced mobility in the right leg and stretchy pain in my left foot?

Need examination: You should consider getting a good examination of the groin area and to determine whether or not there is really a trapped nerve or it's some musculoskeletal problem.  If your doc is unsure you can ask to be referred to a neurologist who may choose to do some testing to tell what's going on.

recently i been getting irritation on the right side of my groin area by the underwear line and my right foot is numb. what can this be?

2 separate problems: The irritation in the groin is likely due to fungal inflammation or as stated. .. jock itch.  The numbness in your feet may be related to a back issue or an internal metabolic issue like diabetes or thyroid issues...etc.  This needs to be evaluated further.   There are otc creams that's can be used for the groin irritation

what may cause numbness in only one area on sole of my right foot. i have 75% blockage in artery in left side near groin. not a diabetic .

No blood-no function: You need to be under the care of a vascular specialist to see your options of treatment for a 75% arterial blockage.  If you are getting inefficient flow in the lower extremities, it may be compromised on the right side as well and resulting on inefficient nerve function.  Diabetic have a higher risk of vascular problems, but they are not the only patients that can suffer from this condition.

Not likely: If D-dimer is negative, you are very unlikely to have venous thrombi and ultrasound is not warranted. 
Beyond that one would need to examine you to ascertain the cause of pain.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Fall Eight feet: An eight foot fall associated with persistent injury is concerning.  Seems like some type of pelvic or perineal injury. Get checked.
