A member asked:

I have discomfort in my right groin area and it feels like a trapped nerve causing reduced mobility in the right leg and stretchy pain in my left foot?

Need examination: You should consider getting a good examination of the groin area and to determine whether or not there is really a trapped nerve or it's some musculoskeletal problem. If your doc is unsure you can ask to be referred to a neurologist who may choose to do some testing to tell what's going on.
