Microdermabrasion: You would have to have a resurfacing procedure to reduce the appearance of the pore.

No: There is really no way to decrease the size of your pores.

: The combination of heat and moisture definitely enhances the effect of skin care products.

Large pores: Wash your face twice daily with an astringent and you can do a facial mask once a week to keep the pores clean and with time you should notice improvement. Follow up with your dermatologist . Chao!!

i have very bad pores on my nose and i used a towel to wash my face and i scrubbed to hard i peeled off skin. now there is a big red patchy area.

RUBBING: is NOT the answer....
There are a number of OTC "peeling" agents with MOISTURIZERS which may help but I suspect you need a consultation with a Dermatologist. Ask your PCP for a referral.

Derma roller: Your pores should eventually reduce. Most people start to see positive results in about a month after the derma roller treatment, and continued improvement for up to 6 months.

Serious Rx needed: Acne on the trunk won't respond well to anything you can do on your own. Start using topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerated and get with your personal physician now. If a course of a systemic antibiotic does not clear you, the next offer may be Isotretinoin from a dermatologist; it's not for the faint-hearted but i'd urge you to try it if it's suitable.

See a dermatologist: There are now in many different creams and pills available to treat acne that is either mild or severe. They suggest you see a dermatologist to see which is best for you. Remember that any treatment takes several weeks to take effect.
