No food: relation.  Once you take medication, iodine does not do much.

Hypothyroid: In most assays, a TSH of 2 is normal (check the normal range of the assay used for you).  Presumably you are on thyroid hormone replacement.  If the TSH is normal, then you are on the right dose.

For having two cycles a monh with normal Thyroi Function I will suggest you consult your Gynecologit as there may be hormonal imbalance

Yes: If you take too much thyroid medicine.  Lab tests should rule it out, however, & there are lots of other reasons for your symptoms.  Are your labs different than before (even if normal range).

There are many psychological issues with hypothyroidism, including bad temper. Either hypo or hyper can worsen preexisting psychological problems. Life changing events (eg crime, divorce, etc) can occur in people with thyroid disorders.
