Consult Gynecologist: Your Lab work is fine and you said you have Hypothyroid condition.Are you taking Thyroid Drug for Hypothyroidism For having two cycles a monh with normal Thyroi Function I will suggest you consult your Gynecologit as there may be hormonal imbalance

See your doctor: if your thyroid function tests are normal ,and you are experiencing symptoms suggestive of hypothyroidism, and you are having irregular period ,then your hormone level are messed up and need regulation. your doctor can regulate your hormone cycle.

2 cycles per month: Since you are 43 , it may irregularities related to peri-menapausal state, uterine hyperplasia. Would also check FSH, LH, estradiol, and sonogram for for uterine polyps ,fibroids, may consider endometrial biopsy. F/u wiht Gyn

I have about ALL hypo thyroid symptoms. TSH is at 2.41. My body temperature is always low as well. Everyone whos seen my labs have said they felt like crap until their tsh was at 1.0 or below! I want a doctor to HELP, but they tell me its "in range"?
