See your doctor: if your thyroid function tests are normal ,and you are experiencing symptoms suggestive of hypothyroidism, and you are having irregular period ,then your hormone level are messed up and need regulation. your doctor can regulate your hormone cycle.

2 cycles per month: Since you are 43 , it may irregularities related to peri-menapausal state, uterine hyperplasia. Would also check FSH, LH, estradiol, and sonogram for for uterine polyps ,fibroids, may consider endometrial biopsy. F/u wiht Gyn
