i have had frequent urination with upper back pain and very bad fatigue. is this something severe?

See below: Frequency can be do to a urinary tract infection treated with antibiotics. Can be a sign of kidney problems see your doc to get lab work and a phy exam. What medications are you on. Are you on diuretics   can be a sign of diabetes mellitus and hi blood glucose.
Also diabetes insipitus can cause polyuria.

This may be a : Presentation of a urinary tract infection  or variant of a systemic disease like diabetes.   Other possible causes could be entertained but just on the basis of your symptoms you should go to your physician to be evaluated.

Side-effects?: If you have negative symptoms which you can  attribute to medication you have been taking,  stop taking it.  Fexofenadine may cause headache, dizziness, diarrhea, vomiting, pain in arms, legs, or back, cough, hives, rash, itching, difficulty breathing or swallowing, swelling of the face, throat, tongue, lips, eyes, etc.  Difficulty with urination would be unusual.  See your doctor to make sure.

Pneumonia: Often people with the flu develope a secondary pneumonia. This needs eval by ur pvp, as ofter these r bacterial. A severe and constant cough can cause back pain.

Could be: A urine test may answer the question for you.  Of course, if you wait a little longer you could also get fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, burning on urination, urgency, incontinence, and bleeding in the urine but you'd save on having to go in now...whaddya think? : The white matter in your urine may be mucus. In order to diagnose kidney pathology it would help to get imaging study of the kidneys &amp; a urinalysis with microscopic examination of the urinary sediment showing heavy amounts of protein or red blood or white blood cells and a normal examination of the urinary bladder. Back pain&amp; a rash on one side if your back could be shingles. See your MD for advic

i got sick on the 23rd tested + for covid on the 27th. only thing now is nasal congestion. slight cough. upper back pain. and some fatigue. i had cold symptoms from the 24th until 27th only ran a low grad fever once. am i gonna be okay? unvaccinated?

Concern for cardiac : Possibly an arrhythmia like afib. See your primary care md first. Cardiac cause needs to be excluded.
