Gastroenteritis: Two conditions that cause these symptoms are food poisoning and a viral intestinal tract infection. Both usually resolve after a few days without specific treatment except rest, avoidance of harsh roughage foods, intake of adequate room temperature fluids including flat ginger ale and taking kaopectate or imodium to relieve diarrhea if it's severe. See your MD if no improvement.

Important evaluation: A viral syndrome with sore throat and low fever can also cause loose stools. The enlarged lymph nodes in your neck are of greater concern, If they are hard and rubbery, this could be more serious. Regardless, the cause of enlarged nodes in your neck should be evaluated by a qualified doctor.

G.I. "contractions": Make sure that you are not in early labor so that only feces not fetus is being passed. A fifth pregnamcy usually puts the fetus on the "express down elevator" so check with your OB md.

Diagnostic needed: Would recommend sticking with 1 physician, keep a diet log also. Many conditions may result in such symptoms and detailed meds and supplements review, good history, specifically around the time your symptoms started, focused exam and elaborating a proper differential diagnosis will be critical.

: Gallstones would be my first hunch. ESP if others in family have had gall bladder disease.  Keep a careful diary of what is is that you eat that bothers you. Share with your Dr. your body is talking to you.  Keep good notes and share with your Dr.

Dizzy nausea: Check thyroid  TSH and T4 also  may be GERD with or without H pylori or gallbladder( sonogram).Check stool for camphylobacter and make sure no UTI or sinusitis. Any abd pain? if RLQ r/o appy .  if recent  tooth extraction check blood cultures for bacteremia /endocarditis ( check procalcitonin) .

I doubt it: After 2 years of taking lyrica, (pregabalin) i doubt these symptoms are related to it.

Previous problems?: with alcohol consumption?  Two drinks is a small amount to be causing symptoms the next day, if it hasn't previously caused problems.  Also, diarrhea is pretty unusual.  Sounds like he possibly has something else going on, like a virus or food poisoning.  Try just clear liquids as tolerated, consider getting a Concierge consult or seeing your GP or Walk In if not better after a few hours.
