What touches?: Are you wearing a necklace or something else around your neck?  What is in contact with the area that gets irritated.  Do you have a rash anywhere else on your body?

Dry skin,shaving?: With sensitive skin consider shaving as primary trigger. Soap water and skin trauma from shaving likely suspects. Moisturize regularly with unscented products, use non-soap cleansers and shaving products should help.

what causes an itchy rash with little bumps on top of my feet and redness on lower legs? also bumps are not itching anymore, now they are dry bumps.

Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved i would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. If the rash persists or returns get examined by a doctor.

Bites: The toxins that are injected from a  bite can easily cause a local numbess and skin changes.     Bites usually just cause local  swelling and redness in the soft tissues.

See doctor: You may try taking antihistamine to see if this helps.  If not, a topical hydrocortisone may be tried. However if the problem persists for &gt; 6 wks or worsens, you need to see your doctor.

insect bite. red raised bump and then often itchy rash extended out about 1.5 inches to left (no bullseye). if it was lymes would it have kept expanding? would it also have faded away after two days of neosporin if it were lymes? no other symptoms?

Allergies: Patients with allergies can develop red and itchy skin around the eyes and on the eyelids from allergies.  Behind the knees and on the inside part of the elbow too.This skin condition is called allergic dermatitis or allergic eczema.  You can use a hypoallergenic cream/lotion: cetaphil or lubriderm and consider contacting your medical doctor about taking allergy pills-such as Claritin (loratadine) or allegra.

Yeast infection?: If you are overweight, the areas under the breasts, the love handle, and the groin are more susceptible to candida infection. If this applies to you, try to keep these areas dry by using antiperspirant .  In the meanwhile try some anti-fungal cream on the areas for a few days.  If still not improved after a week, see you doctor. For overweight people, losing some weight should be a long-term goal.

Strep throat: Strep throat associated with a rash can be seen with scarlet fever but the rash would be nonbumpy and generalized. The itchy buttock rash suggests an allergic reaction ? To antibiotics or some substance that came in contact with your buttocks. Erythema nodosum is another type of skin lesions that can follow a strep infection. A dermatologist is best qualified to evaluate you if the rash persists.
