Foot pain, numbness, and tingling can be associated with neuropathy as well as other conditions. Discuss with your physician.

LLD: A limb length discrepancy causes each foot to function different from the other; both abnormally. At 29, the long-standing LLD has finally become apparent. I personally like a scanogram to determine the exact difference; it gets right down to millimeters. After that, some type of orthotic device to accommodate the LLD. Maybe some back x-rays, to check for any compensation higher up.

It could be...: An arthritic lump of bone over a joint that also has a nerve running over it.  This could produce the sensations you describe.  See a podiatrist for details and a personalized exam.

i have pain in my left foot between small toe and the arch. on my feet at least 8 hour a day, it hurts first thing in morning. when i walk it hurts so bad its bring me to my knees, what can i do for this please i need help!?

See your doctor: It sounds like you may be developing plantar fasciitis.  Your doctor will be able to show you some stretching exercises, offer you some shoe inserts and prescribe some medications for pain.

With any: unusual pain, swelling and numbness in the leg and foot it is highly recommended that you get seen in person by your doctor as soon as possible.  You will likely need some lab work done and possibly an xray.  Most important is to get a proper history and physical which will give an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan.

Partial tear: Usually this history means a partial tear of one the calf muscles. The medial head of the gastrocnemius is the most common. Tingling may just be from some swelling around the nerve. I expect that to resolve within a few days. Rest, ice a calf sleeve and wearing supportive shoes with heels should all help you. Don't stretch it. Ibuprofen optional. Healing usually in 2-6 weeks.

May need surgical op: May need surgical therapy. This is a complex  problem and requires special expertise. The diagnosis  must be clear. There may also be causalgia complicating this.  It appears you have other medical problems  which  need perspective

Neurological Sx: I'm so sorry your mom isn't feeling well. Tingling and numbness in her extremities prompted the spine MRI and should include an MRI of her brain as well. Laboratory workup for neuropathy should be included, as well as a full history and physical exam. With regard to the tingling/numbness she should follow up with a Neurologist at this point for that matter good luck.
