Fungus?: It could be superficial fungus infection because of color and it's spread. This is easily treble once diagnosis is confirmed with external antifungals. See doctor for proper diagnosis. The description is not suggestive of skin cancer.

Nothing serious: It is not Cancer. Most cancers are raised bumpy lesions. You are too young to have Cancer of the skin anyway.
But watch these spots over the next few months. if they increase in size(check if they are growing in size) then you may need to consult a physician and get it evaluated.

Go see a dermatologi: It could be ring worm infection especailly if the brown spots itch.
I would advise you to go see your family doctor or a skin specialist(dermatologist).

Insulin resistance?: Hard to say without seeing it, but i would suspect acanthosis nigricans, which is a darkening and thickening of the skin (which ends up looking "velvety") in the flexural creases, like the underarms, the neck, the popliteal fossa (inner elbow) and the groin. This is a sign of Insulin resistance, which is the mechanism by which overweight people eventually may develop diabetes.

Nevus/nevi = moles: Medically speaking, moles (spots) are called nevus (singular) or nevi (plural). As long as they're small & don't change, they're fine. Celluliltis of arm: Because of the fever go to your physician for evaluation and treatment  
You will likely require antibiotic therapy
If fever is above 101F best go to ER for immediate evaluation
Staph aureus, Group A streptococcus are common skin invading infecting organisms

Hard to say: It's very difficult to diagnose rashes without seeing what it looks like but it may be a fungal infection (sort of like jock itch).  You can try looking up clinics if money is an issue.  Otherwise, you can call doctors and ask for the cash rate - it's difficult i know but something we've tried to solve with our website - sorry you're not in texas where most of doctors are.

i have painful swollen lymph nodes under my arm pits and along the sides of my breasts.  should i worry? they have been this way for four weeks.  i have no other signs of infection.  they are really painful.  could it be cancer?

Swollen : Swollen lymph nodes can be a sign of the body fighting local infection, but can also be a sign of a tumor - or cancer- growth in some circumstances. If glands are swollen on both sides of your body, and are uncomfortable or painful, this makes infection a much more likely cause. Skin infections, in the pores and hair follicles ("folliculitis") can cause local infection from common bacteria that are on our skin, and the body will frequently fight this off and resolve it on it's own. Nonetheless swollen lymph glands should be evaluated by your health provider whenever they last more than a few days: only with a complete history and examination can it be determined if you need treatment for an infection (sometimes w/ topical antibiotics on the skin, sometimes oral antibiotic medication), or if more investigation is necessary to determine the cause of the swollen glands.
