Chest pain: Chest pain can be from various causes, from something cardiac (although unlikely in your age), reflux, asthma and anxiety is big trigger.  If its really bad, then get checked out asap by your doc or in the Er.

Chest wall pain: Hi, if this chest pain is not brought on by exertion (walking, running, exercise) and is there all the time with movement of your torso or pushing on a specific spot with your finger, it is most likely a chest wall pain/costochondritis. Consider warm or cold compress, and taking ibuprofen like medication may help.

Common: This is a very common non-specific symptom that often gets a child taken to the er. Make sure that there is no heart or lung problem and if there is no obvious cause, I have found it repeatedly to be related to poor diet. This may sound strange but every cell in the body needs proper fuel to function properly and dietary mayhem is common.

Depends: You have to give a much better history. What, if anything, starts the chest pain going? What, if anything, seems to alleviate it? For how long has this been going on? Is it related to your diet? Etc, etc, etc

Multiple causes: Chest pain can be a symptom of heart disease but may be may other things such as esophageal spasms, gastritis or reflux, respiratory disorders (asthma, COPD, bronchitis, infections), and muscle problems to name a few.  It really depends on the clinical situation and other symptoms you may be having. At you age it is unlikely to be of a serious nature but if concerned discuss with your doctor.
