Please see your Dr.: If you have facial swelling, you need to see your doctor asap.  The belly pain sounds like your belly muscles are sore from the cough, but i'm concerned that you could have a sinus infection, at the least.

Mumps: If the swelling below the ear and over the bone which is your mandible then mumps is a possibility. I would see your doctor to get a definitive diagnosis

Pharengitis : I suggest seeing a doctor via telemedicine. This may be strep throat, although a virus such as COVID 19 is possible.

Coxsackie virus: More common in children(aka hand,foot,and mouth disease).The treatment is symptomatic until the virus passes. It can last a few weeks. In adults,it can be associated with immune suppression (chemotherapy,organ transplants,AIDS,etc). See your doctor.

Primary Dr can check: On the west coast, the western black-legged tick can bite humans, and can cause lyme disease, after feeding for 24-48 hours. A lab can test such a tick for lyme disease bacteria. The doctor may treat with antibiotics if the lab finds lyme bacteria, if the bite site has a bull's-eye rash, or if there are other worries... Such as a lot of irritation and maybe a skin infection at the bite site.

Sinusitis: Sinus infections often do not cause fever. See an ENT specialist to sort it out.

Fever rare after 5-6: Most individuals with influenza have resolution of fever and chills by 5-6 days, but may have lingering fatigue and cough.  If you still have significant fever, you may be experiencing a secondary infection or other illness and it would be time to get evaluation.

: Temp of 39C is not unusual in viral infection. You can take Acetaminophen 650 mg or Ibuprofen 400 mg every 6 hours as needed for high temp and headache. Or you can use any OTC product which contain antipyretic, decongestant and cough suppressant.

been feeling sick for 4 days now. had some mild stomach cramps, flu like symptoms. today for the the first time i had pale clay like stool.

Viral Infection.: If you are not having Jaundice, than pale color stool is ok.  Rest, increase fluid and Vit. C helps. If fever is not respondin to Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Aleve like drug, please get examined by your doctor, as 4 days and going on 5 thday is long time for Flu Like infection.
