: I don't feel that one disease entity could explain all your symptoms. I would start with a thorough history&amp;physical examination including a neurological exam, complete blood work and also check for deficiencies of calcium,magnesium,vitamin B12.  A referral to a neurologist for evaluation would be next as needed.

Go see ur FamilyDoc: Sensitivity to touch makes me think of zoster/shingles (http://goo.gl/TaqS6s). Without that, I think of pleurisy which could due to pneumonia. Perhaps you overdid one of your upper body exercise routines (although this shouldn't usually cause pleurisy or painful breathing). Bottom line, you need to see your Family Doc for complete &amp; thorough evaluation.

Chest pains: There are many possible causes for a chest pains like lung problems, muscle pain and gastrointestinal problems. Regardless, chest pain with shoulders pains, is always a red flag and visit to a PCP and cardiologist is warranted.

Mgt: From your description, it may be related to musculo-skeletal pain. If it persists, please see your PCP.
Other conditions to consider include asthma and pleuritis.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

i have had tingling in both feet for over 5 months. now the tingling in my left foot has turned into pins and needles. i have had mri & emg tests and results were negative for ms & neuropathy ..... but no one can seem to help me... and im afraid?

: Important that a small fiber neuropathy be evaluated, via skin punch biopsy, and consider lumbar stenosis if MRI of lumbar spine was not included.  Do not clearly understand what testing was done for "MS", was there a lumbar puncture?  Get second opinion with a neurologist at a nearby medical school.

Varies: There are multiple potential causes, and I would not hesitate to be seen for an accurate diagnosis.  Among the more common causes are a rotator cuff injury or an injury to the labrum, both of wich are critical to movement in the shoulder.  If needed, an MRI can usually show the issue as well.
