Unlikely: Washing it 6 times a day is a lot. If your hand does not appear to be infected, no redness, pain, fever, pus or drainage  it will likely be fine at this point 6 days later.

Highly unlikley: It is important to remember that viruses like rabies, hepc, HIV and others are strings of proteins that are connected by very weak bonds.They require many things to stay active and need living cells to reproduce and survive. Unless there was gross blood, mucous or some other organic substance from a rabid animal and it got into your cut right after the animal was there, the odds are very unlikely.

: An open wound is prone to infection. The finger may need stitches or a liquid adhesive applied. I would suggest a visit to acute care and an evaluation. The wound should be irrigated and then the physician will decide how to close the wound. A Tetanus vaccination history should be provided and then updated as needed.

Some thoughts...: Life is full of risks. There is always some risk in anything a person does. Suppose every ungloved person who helps another (of unknown HIV status) take off a plaster has to take HIV PEP. That could be a lot of people on medication. Hopefully that is not the standard routine. Company health officer should have recommendations. With handwashing and without broken skin, the helper is generally safe.
