i have already seen a urologist about testicle discomfort but he says im fine yet my discomfort is still there? advice?

Get Another Opinion: Testicle discomfort can be referred pain from another process, such as prostate inflammation, kidney stone, bulging lumbar discs or other intra-abdominal events.  In rare cases, infection can be present with atypical agents, such as TB or fungus.  If you are not improved, a second opinion should be sought.  At a minimum, if no cause is found, certain neuropathic pain modulating meds could be tried.

BELL CLAPPER: This is a term based on surgical findings of known torsed testicles. There is no literature discussing this deformity's prevalence in the general population. If tortion happens the surgical findings will be noted. The doppler ultrasound and history/physical findings will be the diagnostic tools to call it tortion . There are many causes of testis pain that are non-surgical. Support and nsaids.

12 weeks since dual inguinal hernia op. 1 testicle still enlarged & sore. urologist says it will eventually subside. pls advise?

Swollen testicle: The urologist is right
the swelling is because that part of your body is beyond the surgical site the usual drainage is disrupted.  Remember this all hangs down when u stand up

give it time.

spermatocele. dr. i feel a little cyst attached with my rt testicle i done scan of testicles bcoz which lead to discomfort & feeling sensitive when i touch. my urologist said that dont touch just leave it as. please guide & support?

: If no symptoms then a spermatocele needs no treatment. wearing a support underwear may help

i think i have strain which is causing mild testicle discomfort/pain bcz when i take painkiller i get relief or while resting i feel relief kindly guide me it has been almosy 2.5 weeks the urologist told me to take ciprofoxacin?

: Bacterial epididymitis or epididymo-orchitis is treated with both antibiotic and analgesic. If you take analgesic alone, you have some relief but infection does not resolve. Groin strain should resolve after 2.5 weeks so your urologist may be right then you should take cipro as prescribed. Good luck.

i underwent a vasectomy reversal 8 days ago. yesterday, against the advice of my urologist, my raging libido won and i ejaculated via masturbation. today i have a dull ache in my right testicle. could the sutures be ruptured?

: No. The congestion caused by masturbation might have caused that. Take some Ibuprofin, local heat and try some self control and you should be fine

Testicle: Even though I do not quite understand your question, if you are concerned about a torsion and examination by your urologist and an ultrasound should be sufficient to diagnose any testicular problem. An MRI would be overkill.

i have swelling on left testicle.  initial consultation of urologist says encysted hydrocil.  what is the cure?

Hydrocele: If it were troublesome, i'd want surgery, but you may also be offered drainage and injection of a sclerosing solution.

are urologist free? i'm am sacred i have a hard pea sized lump on my left testicle with veins on scrotum is this normal? my dad hes 53 and seems fine

Testicles and teens: First, there is no risk of cancer given your young age. This risk is seen in men aged 26 to 32.  Most likely a lump or bump is a scar from a child hood injury. If it does not hurt i would wait for a few weeks to see if it changes before rushing to the doctor.
