Skin lesion: Even though you are young, any skin spots that behave abnormally, especially if getting bigger, need to be evaluated for skin cancer. Most are benign, but it sounds like this one needs a biopsy to be sure.

Hemangioma : Little red fits in the skin anywhere are likely to be hemmangiomas.  These are very common and if no consequence.   They usually last a long time like a mole.  If you push I it then it will blanch when the blood goes out and refills immediately.  They can be removed if they are larger.   See your doctor to be sure.

hi. i have a swollen red spot on my breast which is uncomfortable and causing pain whilst breastfeeding. is there any way to help ease the pain other then massage as it isnt helping ?

Mastitis: Often having the baby feed more on that side may help. It sounds like infection and you may also need antibiotics.
Cabbage leaves sometimes relief swelling. All the best

i have a dark red spot on my breast which itches at times and if pushed, is sore. it appeared 20 days ago and  has not spred.  i was prescribed amoxicillin, and applied muprirocin no changes..  now 2 days using steroid cream and it seems worse. ibc?

Stop steroid!: If it is worse after using the steroid, it is either a yeast infection, or a bacterial infection that is worsening.   I suspect yeast, because antibiotics did not help.  But I can't say that for sure, and you need to call your doctor today and ask what to do, since your doctor examined the rash, and I have not..  If you have fever, rapidly increasing pain, warmth, or red streaks, get seen STAT.

when my husband and i have sex a spot on my left breast starts hurting.  it's the same spot everytime. should i get it checked out?

Yes: I am not sure how the breast pain is related to you having sex but any time you have a problem such as a breast lump or pain etc it is always a good idea to get it checked out.  Some breast cancers can start out as a rash or as itching.

Check it out: My feeling is if it bothers you get it checked. You lose nothing but you feel good.

Maybe: Has it changed or sore? If this has been there and is changing it should be seen by your doctor.  This is a kind of problem that should not be put off. 
The red dry bump does not sound serious but is better to have it checked out.
