Maybe: Has it changed or sore? If this has been there and is changing it should be seen by your doctor. This is a kind of problem that should not be put off. The red dry bump does not sound serious but is better to have it checked out. Best wishes.

If you've had it for more than 2 weeks, especially if growing in size or changing in color or it bleeds (anything but getting-up and walking away forever) get it looked-at by your doctor or a dermatologist. These things are usually benign, but why take any chances? OK, three weeks.........
