Bacterial infection.: You could have developed a secondary bacterial infection / abscess / boil / furuncle in an area that was inflamed / raw due to the yeast infection. i ended up getting a thong burn. i applied some tee tree oil and feel better. i think i have a little tiny hole at the top of my butt crack or dent like one. it doesnt hurt, no bump. i tried to get a better view with my camera but cant see. ?

Burn: You are likely right of having a mechanical irritation and keeping the area dry and free of friction will be critical in allowing for time to heal. If symptoms persist or get worse, such as pain or discharge, seeing your doc for an exam will be needed as infections are possible in that area following skin breakdown.

It can be follicular eczema, an allergic or irritant contact dermatitis, urticaria, folliculitis, scabies, fungal infections, keratosis pilaris, among others.  I would recommend having it evaluated and treated by a dermatologist.

He should see his primary care doctor for referral to a surgeon for excision of the cyst, which should take care of the problem.
