Hard : Hard to tell without a clinical examination, but it could possibly be a spider angioma, which can form after vomiting.  Should it persist, read more about treatment options at the link below. I hope that helps.

No: If small bruise (subconjunctival hemorrhage) is not causing any symptoms other than its presence, i would not worry about it. It should completely resolve after 7 to 14 days. Again it should not cause any untoward symptoms.

Just watch &amp; see...: Without a direct look at, it is hard to tell what it may be although clinically it may represent a varix (tiny benign venous new growth), which is common and benign with no practical need for active care although very occasionally it may bleed. So, it would be most reasonable to just watch, wait, and see how it may change and evolve.

Worth getting seen : Your physician may need to see this if you otherwise feel unwell. Endocarditis can do this.

Probably...: ...A freckle, but rarely a melanoma or other growth. Get it checked out.

Red Spots - causes.: There are multiple causes of red spots (telangiectasia) of the skin including aging, genetics, sun exposure, hormones and medications.  Sometimes no reason can be found.  An easy treatment for these (excluding the eyes) is either a topical laser or fine needle radio frequency.  They do recur over time.

Minor hemorrhage: Occasionally a weak blood vessel on the eye surface will leak and cause a subconjunctival hemorrage.  This can spread over a large area and look a little scary.  But these are inevitably benign - usually caused by coughing, sneezing or rubbing the eye.  They are only of concerned if there is a generalized bleeding disorder with bruising over many parts of your skin (rare).

Scratch?: If it comes and goes it is not a blood vessel.
Could be a scratch.
It is harmless--keep the nails short.

Try eye creams: Although they are not very effective, some cosmetic eye creams can temporarily constrict the blood vessels in the eyelids.  The only effective method i surgical removal, but this can cause more issues than it resolves.  A concealer make-up is the safest method.

May be normal  or: If it has always been there then it may be normal pigmentation.But if it is something new.Consult your family doctor or an Opthalmologist
