i got small bulge near eye lid 1 week ago now slowly it reduced very small but completely not gone please help me?

Stye: This is most likely a stye.  You can try applying warm compresses to the lid several times a day.  If it doesn't resolve, antibiotic may help.  See your eye doctor to have it checked out.

Have it checked: Anything that comes and goes must be evaluated. Depending on your age, you want to make sure it's not something dangerous, and is benign. Only your eye doctor can tell you, by looking at it under the microscope, known a a slit lamp. Do that first, and you will feel better! Take care now.

i have two black small dots on my white side of my left eye,it doesn't hurt nor i feel anything strange,i have no idea as to when and how it was there and also it's not visible until i lift my eye lid up.is this serious ?

Chalazion: A chalazion is the encysted remains of your lids battle with a stye.  They are benign and will not cause a problem unless it is big enough that you are upset by the appearance.  At your age this is the most likely diagnosis.  It can be surgically removed by a simple office procedure.

A stye : Sounds like he has lid inflammation, or blepharitis, and he likely awoke with a stye, which is essentially a pimple on the eyelid. I'd recommend warm compresses and lid massages at least once a day. An antibiotic/steroid combination medication might be helpful too but he would need to see a doctor first.

Infection: This sounds as if you have an infection of a meibomian gland (hordeolum)  hot compresses may alleviate the infection, however, antibiotics may also be needed.

Maybe stye : It is due to inflammation ( infection ) the glands under the lid , you tried hot compress , now it is time to get it drained by eye surgeon, a simple operation done in the office.
