i have a rash that won't go away my biopsy said psoriasis, culture said klebsiella oxytoca ...it's def not ps. can kl cause a rash? is been 1mth. help

See a dermatologist: You need a skin specialist. Usually you do not need biopsy to diagnose psoriasis. Neither Benadryl (diphenhydramine) nor prednisone are appropriate treatments for psoriasis. Cultures from skin always grow something, so culture of this common bacteria means nothing without clinical correlation.

i shaved my armpits and now i have a severe armpit rash that won't go away i tried cortisone please give me something else i can do?

Rashes...: Rashes are notoriously difficult/impossible to diagnose without being seen.  You may have a simple irritation, a fungal rash, bacterial folliculitis - all of which would warrant a different recommendation.  Since it is persisting, see your doctor who can actually make a diagnosis based on what they see and provide you with appropriate treatment.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests oral herpes. It would be prudent to see a doctor to ascertain if you may antiviral treatment. 
Get HPV vaccine.

i have an armpit rash that won't go away. i stopped using roll-ons and sprays, tried prescribed and offthecounter creams, sensitive products but it won't go away. i suspect im allergic to sweat because i also have itchiness and rashes in pubic area.

Under arm rash : It is hard to say what the rash is without looking at it in person. It could be anything from a fungal rash to something more concerning such as hidradenitis suppurativa. Both of which require totally different treatments. Since you have not had any luck taking care of this yourself it’s time to seek a professional opinion from your PCP. Certain factors are important such as whether the rash is raised or flat, itchy or not, involving the palms of the hands or the soles of the feet, or not.
