Could be a cyst: but you could apply warm compresses as often as possible and have someone press gently to see if it "pops".  If it only goes down a little bit an then comes right back, it could need to be opened and drained.

Sorry to hear you are feeling poorly. It is difficult to give you a diagnosis without being able to see the rash but if you are starting to have pain over the rash, I'd recommend seeing a doctor as soon as you can. Likely this is something easily treated if recognized early. Hope this helps.

i am currently 33 weeks pregnant with twins. i have a few pimple like breakouts on my back, tummy, upper arms and it is very itchy. can i take an allergex tablet to relive the itching? if yes, how often  could i take one?

Safe: Many antihistamines are safe to use in pregnancy. Allergex (chlorpheniramine), Cetirizine, Loratadine, fexofenadine and diphenhydramine are all safe to use in pregnancy. Take as directed on the package insert. Pay special attention to the maximum daily dosage amount.
