Safe: Many antihistamines are safe to use in pregnancy. Allergex (chlorpheniramine), Cetirizine, Loratadine, fexofenadine and diphenhydramine are all safe to use in pregnancy. Take as directed on the package insert. Pay special attention to the maximum daily dosage amount.
