hello, i have a problem. most of the time like 10 days before my periods i experience abdomen pain when i go to the toilet, what is the reason?

Need more info: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If you have constipation, adding fiber and water to your diet may help: You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. Consult this site for fiber foods.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

She needs eval by: Her gynecologist. Dysmenorrhea can be caused by polyps, fibroids ; adenomyosis. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, extra salt ; junk carbohydrates.  Increase complex carbohydrates – try to incorporate at least 5 servings of vegetables and 4 servings of fruit into diet daily.   Try NSAID’s, SSRI’s, hormone meds, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise ; acupuncture are excellent

Many options: There are multiple options. Hormonal treatments such as birth control pills, Progesterone treatments and the Mirena (levonorgestrel) iud are effective reversible treatments that will help many people. There is also a drug called Lysteda that contains no hormones which will help others.  See an obgyn to see what might work for you.

Normally you won't: Be anticipated to have a lot of symptoms 4 days after delayed period. You may be pregnant or maybe you are getting a late period. Take a home pregnancy test to know.

Long periods: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ;  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

See a doctor: Severe abdominal pain should be checked by a doctor immediately. Possible causes are ectopic pregnancy, appendicitis, bowel obstruction, or many other serious causes. If all these are ruled out by a doctor then it could be pain from adhesions which is scar tissue from the C-section. Go to an ER or your doctor asap!
