2 questions!: Parsley (tea) might help stimulate the appetite, improve digestion, increase urine production, reduce spasms, ; increase menstrual flow but don't expect it to fix upper abdominal pain. What's causing your symptoms (gi or not-gi related?)--unless evaluated, appropriate treatment can't be offered.
