Fibrocystic Disease?: Most pain in the breast is related to the gland, and what is called fibrocystic changes or disease.  They are tender, feel knotty, especially near your period.  Caffeine may be making this worse.  Make sure you have a breast exam from your physician to make sure there is no need for further testing.

i just found a spot under my right breast that i can only describe it as feeling like a bulb, filled with air.  what could it be i do have saline breast implants.  the "bulb" is not painful.  when pressed i feel nothing, but when released it feels like it

There : There are several possibilities, but the bottom line is that this absolutely has to be medically evaluated.  Please call your doctor and arrange a medical evaluation.  It is possible that this is related to your implants, but there are other possibilities as well.  That is an abnormal finding and must be evaluated.

this morning i felt a lump on my left breast it hasnt stayed in the same position. had trouble feeling it a few times today, thought it had left. it's not the size of a pea, more like a plum and is painful when i press, it was also painful upon me raising

See a Doctor: Any new lump in the breast should be a cause for concern, best handled by seeing your gyne or primary care doctor.  While most cancers are not painful, it is not a reliable finding.  Hopefully, your doctor will be able to alleviate your concern or refer you to a breast center/surgeon for definitive evaluation.  I hope its a false alarm--good luck.

Prob benign, but...: What is the breast history in your family?   Most masses in women are cysts or benign tumors (not cancer).  You should have it evaluated by md and imaging.  The only way to truly diagnose a mass is with a biopsy.  If there is a strong history of breast cancer in your family (especially relatives who got it at an early age) you should be aggressive about the work up.  You should biopsy at your age.

i have been feeling a pain inbetween my breasts for the past day. i know that isn't very long but i just want to know what it could be? it feels like i have a burn there and when my shirt touches it, it's painful. however, there is no redness.

Multitude of things: If it worsens, then see your DR
Shingles will sometimes start with similar symptoms, prior to getting the rash.

If it gets worse, does not go away in the next few days, or you get a rash--see you DR

Depends: In younger females less than 40 breast mammograms would be ideal if you have a family history of breast cancer.  Commonly in younger females lumps get tender or more pronounce during menstruation.   If you are younger and if this lump is changing in size or getting tender see your doctor for an evaluation.   If you are &gt;=50 you should ask your  doctor for screening mammogram per USPSTF guideline.

i've been having a buzzing vibrating feeling behind the breast inside kinda close to heart, this happens like once every minute or two for acouple seconds?

: Much more history is needed to interpret the signs-  Stress/Anxiety/Exercise/Caffeine...  Best to see the PCP for a good Medical Evaluation with EKG, appropriate Imaging and Labs if indicated.

Can you specify what you're looking for as a result of your breast increasing in size and becoming pain and fuller?  If you're wondering about pregnancy you need to have first your next period. If so, then, you may take a pregnancy test.

Need blood tests: Sometimes patients have too much prolactin, a hormone that causes milk to come from the nipples. You need to see a doctor and have an exam and a blood test for prolactin.

Get checked: You are young and anything bad is unlikely. Could be a mild infection or something in the milk duct (like a papilloma). Your doctor can get history, perform exam, order imaging  if needed, and help you.   It's good you check your breasts regularly - then you can bring changes to your doc to be checked.
