i am having pain in my stomach at the bottom it's a knot. i have a knot on the left side of my stomach under my brest. what does it mean or what i ne?

Any knot needs exam: There may be a variety of reasons for pain or tenderness with a knot. A  superficial knot may be as minor as a muscle spasm or something more serious such as an abdominal wall hernia. Inflammation of internal organs could also cause pain and swelling. This would be much more serious. It would be much safer to have a physician examine you to determine the exact location and quality of the pain.

Please get checked: "stomach pain" can be caused by lots of things & may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do." your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, location, & associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating) of your pain to better direct the next appropriate testing.

Left sided pain: If it is low down on left side, it may be as simple as constipation.  If it is higher up on left side, an irritation to your stomach is possible such as gastritis.  There are many causes of abdominal pain, an exam and history with an MD would be advised.

Intermittent stomach: You should see a live Doctor who can get a full detailed history from you and then do an appropriate physical exam and if called for appropriate laboratory examination of you. Then with diagnosis in hand he can recommend appropriate treatment.

i feel upper side of my  stomach bloating for a week already with some kind of pressure on the bottom left side of my stomach?

Pain for a week: This is something that needs to be evaluated.  Any new abdominal pain that has not resolved in 1-3 days needs to be checked.  The abdomen is full of organs, any of which could be malfunctioning.  You need to be seen promptly, today would be good!  Go to your PCP, an urgent care or walk in  clinic.  If you have fever, vomiting, or trouble breathing,  black or bloody stools. consider an ER instead.

i got bear hugged really hard twice 2 days ago and now today i have really tender and painful pain on my lower left side bottom of rib and stomach?

Rib injury: Hard hugs can bruise or fracture ribs. If you're having severe pain and rib cage tenderness, I recommend rib xrays so you'll know how long healing may take. There is no specific treatment for either injury but duration is weeks for rib fractures. Hold onto your ribs when you have to cough or take a deep breath. We no longer strap rib cages when injured as pneumonia is a possible complication.

Rib fracture or pain: can cause a tension pneumothorax.   Pneumothorax will cause shortness of breath/ hyperventilation as a response.  Also mediastinal paralysis and mediastinal pain from referred visceral pain from an abdominal organ, such as liver and gallbladder.  Bottom line is you need to get to healthcare provider.

Most of the time non specific bowel movement related pain.
