Dull or achy pain on left bottom side of stomach. just came out of no where. is it serious? doesn't feel tender to touch.

Left sided pain: If it is low down on left side, it may be as simple as constipation. If it is higher up on left side, an irritation to your stomach is possible such as gastritis. There are many causes of abdominal pain, an exam and history with an MD would be advised.
