His doctor may refer to an ENT doctor if an inner ear problem is suspected. His doctor can check the ears, and the nose for any trauma (assuming it has stopped bleeding), etc...

Blocked gland?: A sebaceous cyst is a collection of oily fluid that occurs when an oil gland is blocked.  Some folks are more prone to them than other and they often appear on the neck, shoulders, and back.  Try to avoid skin products that are oily.  I would also stay away from transfats and bad oils, which is good for overall health.  See doc for diagnosis to be sure.

Left lower side pain: For a woman there are only so many problems this can be. See your doctor for an exam. Have your urine checked for stones or infection, make sure your bowel is healthy and your L ovarian system. These may require other investigations. Look for a rash if you have had chicken pox that may be shingles. All the best.

Swelling: I think you should see a doctor to get a definitive diagnosis. It may be accumulation of gas in your stomach. You may want to try an H2 blocker or an antacid
