Burning feet: I'm not sure what you mean so let's look at the most common problems. Swelling can cause a "warm" feeling in your feet. Many causes of swelling are possible. Nerves can cause "burning" in your feet. Again many types of nerve problems exist. Your best bet is to see a physician.

You and dad go to MD: The hot flashes may not be true hot flashes but feeling hot and sweaty when he has difficulty breathing. The wheezing is the sign of breathing problem either because of his lungs or water in his lungs because of heart problem. Unsteady on his feet and forgetful is because of his aging brain and possible bleed from or blockage of brain blood vessels. Go with dad to his doctor ASAP.

Needs a little help.: Hi Jimmy,

At this age we may have hot flushing at any time of the day or night. These can be uncomfortable as you know. In my practice I like to give non-hormonal therapy for menopausal symptoms.  Lately, we recommend Paroxetine 7.5 mg.  Have your Doc check your potassium levels for the cause of the cramping.   by the way I grew up in Cadiz, Ky.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. One issue to address is premature menopause.  Make sure to drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless.

Nauseated: Several possibilites.  What is your work environment&gt;?  Maybe something at work is making you sick.  Perhaps you are having hormonal changes.  Have you recently started medication e.g. Birth control pill or anything.

Foot feeling hot: Hot flashes in your foot can be any of these: gout can cause a hot red swollen toe joint or ankle.  It's rare for your age. Get a blood test check your uric acid level. A bad case of erruptive tinea pedis which is athlete's feet or fungus. Neuroma  or imflamed nerve in the ball of your foot can also cause sharp radiating pain. Other causes can be stress fracture and plantar fasciitis. See foot dr.
