"take 2 aspirin &..": "common" headaches, which are usually stress or infection (URI) induced respond nicely to otc meds, such as aspirin. There are at least 500 causes of headache. Without a much better history, no rational answer is possible.

SSRI initiation: Antidepressants like Zoloft (sertraline) take 2-4 weeks to see the benefit and some people feel worse before they get better.  This is particularly true for pts with panic/ anxiety.  But you also have to watch for a bipolar switch esp in a young person.  Talk with your prescriber, see if a low dose of Klonopin 0.25-0.5mg might help with initiation problems.  If sleep pattern cont to worsen tell them.

Infection: There are different types of eyelid infections.  A common cause is known as a stye or chalazion.  There are different types of these lesions with different treatments.  Check your local area to see if an eye doctor could see you now so you do not suffer over the easter weekend.  Good luck and feel better.

Go to your doctor: Common is common, and they will rule out the common causes, if why your headaches occur still allusive, a headache specialist may easily identify the cause and suggest possible treatment options.

Possible concussion: sxs: + or – loss of consciousness, headache / pressure, can't recall event, dizziness, v coordination, ringing in ears, confusion, slurred speech, nausea / vomiting &amp; fatigue. For concussion seek medical care. Seek urgent treatment for loss of consciousness, on-going confusion, seizures, unequal pupils, recurrent vomiting, change in level of consciousness, loss of balance or difficulty walking. &gt;
