May be: You may have a viral or bacteerial infecton.  If your symptoms have been prresent for greater than 7 days , seek care for evaluation and possible antibiotics.

Lymph nodes: Cold should not affect the ultrasound,US evaluates the size and texture of nodes,wheatear solid or cystic,and will not give diagnosis.

my right gland in neck is always swollen, gets worse when i have a cold but i can always feel it there. last 2 days stiff neck and more swollen, normal?

Slight infection: The glands in your neck are lymphatic glands.  Lymphatics basically take the fluid between the cells and send them to glands with white blood cells.  If the white blood cells find an infection (virus, bacteria) they multiple and your gland gets bigger. So during a cold the glands can get bigger.  This is normal.  If you are concerned you could go to your doctor and he/she can check by feeling them

Uncertain: Colds do not cause lymphadenopathy at the bicep. Maybe you dont have a cold. If you have the mono syndrome that might account for your symptoms including the node. 
You need to see a doctor.

Please see your gyn: Or primary doc today as they can prescribe Valtrex (valacyclovir) or similar to help cure the cold sore as quickly as possible and make sure there is no secondary or other infection or issues.

Localized Gingivitis: Inflammation of the gums is usually painless unless in a progressive form of the disease. See your dentist for diagnosis, x-rays and treatment.

Lymph nodes: The swollen "glands" under your jaw or upper neck, that occur during a cold, are lymph nodes full of lymphocytes reacting to fight the cold virus. They produce cytokines that cause pain and fever: Your bodies way of telling you to take it easy.  They will subside on their own after the virus is cleared. Aspirin, Tylenol, (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen may ease the pain of tender lymph nodes or sore throat.

Possibly.: It's possible to have swollen lymph nodes as part of a cold or other upper respiratory infection.  You could consider waiting until the cold gets better & see what happens to your lymph node.  It will probably get better on its own.  If it doesn't, you may want to see your primary doctor about it.

Comfortable: Anything that makes you comfortable. It takes about 2 weeks to go away no matter what you seem to do. However check with your pharmacy for a few items that may make you more comfortable - remember that they generally do not shorten the 2 week time.

Need Evaluation: Cold sores don't cause the neck and jaw to swell.  You need to have your dentist/physician evaluate what your specific causing condition is.
