Breast exam: An examination is needed to determine what might be happening. Your doctor can do a breast exam and refer you for a mammogram if needed. One should never assume that a breast mass, lump, skin change or other issue is normal until it has been thoroughly evaluated.

Bruise: It could be a hematoma - a collection of blood - usually due to trauma.  Or it could be an enlarging benign cyst.  Neither are serious - more of a nuisance and discomfort.  May need to be drained.  I agree with the re-evaluation.

Likely just a bruise: We often don't recall a bump or poke that make cause a bruise. If you have not noticed a problem with your breast before..no lumps, etc then it is probably "just a bruise" which will gradually change color and then fade away over then next week or so. If the discoloration and tenderness persist for much longer, then you may want to have a medical assessment.

First of all: STOP PRESSING on it!! You may have inflammation of the small cartilages which allow your chest to be FLEXIBLE (to allow you to BREATH IN AIR!) This is a common problem. Apply ICE Packs  and try WARM packs and ALTERNATE (see which helps more!) Take IBUPOROFEN 400 mgm every 6 hours and if the pain continues after a few days of above ...see your PCP (Primary Care Provider) for possible xrays

Doctor can evaluate: Sounds like several parts of the body have symptoms, but a primary care doctor needs to evaluate and hear the complete story. Back aches are common with muscle strains and ligament sprains, from various activities. Breasts don't have any muscle, so when they hurt, it can be due to hormonal changes or to trauma. Itching can be from allergic reactions, etc... There's a variety of symptoms here.
