Likely just a bruise: We often don't recall a bump or poke that make cause a bruise. If you have not noticed a problem with your breast before..no lumps, etc then it is probably "just a bruise" which will gradually change color and then fade away over then next week or so. If the discoloration and tenderness persist for much longer, then you may want to have a medical assessment.
