Possibly not: The a1c of 6.6 is high and in the diabetic range, but the fasting and 2 hr sugars are normal.  The a1c reflects average sugars over 2-3 months, so it is possible your sugars were high a few months ago.  Occasionally we find that the hba1c is not accurate because of problems with the hemoglobin, such as a hemoglobinopathy.  You should continue to monitor your sugar.

Fasting glucose: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, you should discuss the matter with your doctor to have a fasting blood glucose and if need be a glucose tolerance test. The information you provided is insufficient for a diagnosis.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Blood sugar check: Blood sugar level sounds ok.  
Try checking when you are having shaky symptoms, as perhaps your blood glucose is dropping low when you are fasting.  There are many other possibilities.  Are you on medications, e.g. Birth control pills?  Send more information about your condition.

Blood sugar: Rapid acting insulin lasts from 4-6 hours and reaches peak effect in 2-3 hours at which time your blood sugar would be at its lowest as a general rule. However if you had taken a long-lasting insulin earlier in the day, it would also be exerting an effect hours later. Your physician who knows your case best is also best qualified to answer your question.

: Glucometer readings are generally lower than plasma glucose test done in a lab. If you have any concern, get your fasting plasma glucose tested at an accredited laboratory. Your doctor and order a test.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Depends : Depends what you mean.  After meals ideally &lt;11 before meals depends on whether fasted state (12h not eating) eg pre breakfast where &lt;5.5 ideal but if not fasted upto 7.8 is suggested.  Anything below 4 at any stage is not good
