Dark circles: If you are sleeping well, it is probably inherited...Some people have darker skin pigment under the eyes or deeper orbits.

Sounds like: It sounds like you have a first degree sunburn. You can use cool compresses and vaseline until it heals. You could take Motrin or aleve (naproxen) for pain. See a dermatologist if it worsens.

Aloe Barbadensis: Aloe vera) can v redness, pain, itching ; swelling from burns. It has anesthetic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial ; antifungal qualities. It speeds burn healing by stimulating new skin growth. V pain by placing cool, moist compresses on skin.  Hydrate well.

See a dermatologist: Probably eczema. Best therapy usually a calcineurin inhibitor such as tacrolimus ointment.

Cosmetic, treatable: Though you have health issues, this is probably unrelated. Usually hereditary--look at your parents' lower lids.  Most likely correctable with outpatient surgery or chemical peel for resurfacing. No otc remedy known to work. Good news-treatment safe ; long-lasting. Bad news-not covered by insurance.

Allergic reaction or sun exposu: This sounds like a generalized allergic reaction. It could be to salt water, a pathogen in the saltwater, the sunscreen, or something in the sand. Also combination of sun exposure can cause dehydration which can present that these symptoms. Push fluids and administer benadryl (diphenhydramine). If in doubt take the child to the er or pediatrician.

Sun burn: You must be careful about sun exposure and children. It is very damaging to their fragile skin.  It puts them at risk for sun poisoning, cancer over their lifetime and wrinkles.  It is important to use a lot of moisturizer on the skin after the injury. You can also speak to your pediatrician.

Look at diet, food: allergies, sleeping patterns (with pillows, side sleeping) and other causes for both at a young age. The darkness could be permanent if there is hyperpigmentation occurring from long term venous congestion from low grade food/environmental allergies. If you have puffiness too, and crows feet or lower lid lines, this is related to the above, and not corrected with eyelid surgery unfortunately.

Under eye wrinkles: You are way too young to be worrying about this. Use sunscreen/moisturizer daily and concentrate on being the best you can be at whatever you choose to do in life. Wear a hat, play a sport and be happy!

They are both good : For undereye wrinkles. Google online for comparative results. Talk to dermatologists and patients who underwent the procedure for more input. Best of luck! (don't get old!).
