Get help ASAP: A psychiatrist can help you sort out this grave difficulty.  Please call the suicide hotline if you are considering suicide.  Life is a journey and is full of challenges mostly involving making good choices even when they are difficult.  Your doctor will help you develop this stategy,  you will notice life usually improves when you give and do for others.  Avoid drugs and alcohol and seek help

Go to ER!  Quickly!: If a patient is suicidal, do not use yahoo answers.  That patient needs to be brought in for medical care immediately.  This could be a psychiatrist.  If there is imminent danger that the person could hurt him/herself, the person should be brought to the emergency room.

It sounds like you: have been through a really rough time. I am sorry to hear that you are suffering. If you are having thoughts about killing yourself,  get seen at the nearest emergency room now. Have a friend or relative drive you or call 911 for emergency services for transport. You can call the National suicide hotlines 24/7 at 1-800-suicide (1-800-784-2433) or 1-800-273 – talk (1-800-273-8255) for support.

l-tyrosine claims to improve memory, fatigue, and depression. i want to get off of cymbalta& adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) bc i hate dependency. is l-tyrosin the answer?

Not likely: I am not sure that you will notice an enormous improvement with l-tyrosine.  However, you may be able to reduce your reliance on medications through gains in psychotherapy or neurofeedback interventions.  I wish you well and good luck!

: Little data.  Could be minutes if Pheo "goes off",  Some pheos store up norepinephrine &amp; adrenaline &amp; when they discharge they squirt this into blood stream &amp; I have seen BP go up to 300  mmHg. most pheos are diagnosed at autopsy &amp; were not cause of death. Need to know more about her pheo and general health. Find best hosp n CAN (Montreal). Best in US Mayo/Houston/Cleveland.  Can consult me here.

Suspect it: Is about $.  Suspect that some people find the music by theory of a deadman (like the last song) to be deep & morose. As long as people pay $, this type of music will be produced. I personally see it as toxic to the mind and soul.

Get counseling: If there is something in your experience that is ruining your everyday life, you may need help to create coping mechanisms. There almost always is a way to avoid the situation that is bothersome, or to learn how to manage and control your reaction to it. Seek counseling by talking to you doctor or a clinical psychologist.

Confusing?: If your boyfriend can control his behavior, then his shouting is not involuntary.  However if he has a syndrome called tourette's, the shouting may be a form of a physical tic. Sometimes people can suppress thses impulses with practice which may explain his behavior. At any rate, your boyfriend should be evaluated by a psychiatrist, neurologist, or a neurodevelopmental specialist.
