Depends: How old are you, what other medical problems do you have, when does the sensation occur?  Could be worrisome or could be anxiety.

Impingement: This symptom appears to be caused by an impingement of a nerve and to determine the location of the impingement and what are the  options for treatment,I recommend a consultation with a neurologist who can also order any appropriate tests which may be needed in order to make a diagnosis.

i am 30 with hypertension and anxiety and get tickling down my arms and across my chest at night what is wrong with me? i take htcz lisinopril paxil (paroxetine)

Talk to your psych: You may be experiencing a rare side effect of paroxetine - numbness or tingling in the limbs. Anxiety also can lead to hyperventilation & numbness & tingling in lips, fingers and  toes & extend centrally to arms, legs & trunk. Prolonged hyperventilation may worsen the symptoms  leading to seizures.  Talk to your doctor about adjusting Paxil or switching medication. Ask about anxiety as well.

when i raise my arms i get a strange tingling sensation in my arms and hands. i'm just getting over a chest infection, could it be related? 20 yo male

Mgt: It is not likely to be related, but some illnesses can cause muscle/nerve inflammation. If it worsens or persists, please see your PCP.

Anxiety?: This all sounds relatively benign.  Could your have some anxiety?  Anxiety can cause all of the symptoms you mentioned.  If the answer is yes and it’s interfering with your life, or if the symptoms are worrisome or getting worse, I would be seen.  Best of luck to you!

Chest pain: You should see your foctor and have a full medical and cardiac examination including an ekg and possible ultrasound of the hea rt.

i have a lump on my upper left chest. i had an x-ray done and it was negative. however my left arm feels weaker and i have been having tingling going down my arm. should i be concerned?

Yes: If the lump is palpable, make sure you revisit with the doc who ordered the x-ray. He or she will have the chance to assess for local changes and check your arm as well. Either different imaging will be ordered or a different specialist will likely get involved.

Cervical disc issue?: A disc between neck bones can weaken ; stretch or even break and leak a jelly center onto the nearby nerves. When you flex the neck and the disk bulges, it may put pressure on a nerve and temporarily cause the described symptoms. Either stop stretching that far or see a physical therapist or even a neurosurgeon to look into the matter further.

Explanation : Your reaction on sneeze not related to any medical problems. This is not the disease. Just some people more  sensitive to everything. This is getting better with maturation and aging. You will be  better.
