Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor . Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. If you are overweight, losing weight may help.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Variable : The symptoms women feel during menstruation are quite variable. Changes in hormone levels are associated with feeling flushed or cold alternately. Talk to  your doctor about options - often going on birth contol pills can regularize these swings and reduce symptoms.

why i am shaking cold even though very warm in the house and bundled up? i keep getting these severe chills, hands are freezing. legs keep shaking and clenching. chills and shaking so bad i feel like i may fall down or faint.

Thyroid: Perhaps the thyroid gland is not working. It regulates your metabolism as far as keeping you at a normal temperature. Your thyroid gland is located in your neck. Blood tests show how well it is working.
Under active thyroid could be causing you these symptoms. Infection somewhere in the body could also lead to decreased temperature.
Don't delay seek medical attention today.

Vasovagal?: Sounds like a vasovagal response. If it's sudden I would recommend getting some blood work done to evaluate your electrolyte and choice hormones. 
If it's been going on for a long time then possibly heat intolerance. 
If you are having a full black out you should be getting EKG and a cardiac exam by a physician.

Can be both: Both can cause those symptoms. In particular, low blood sugar is associated with trembling and rapid heart rate.
